Filming - 15/10/14

We recently had the opportunity to film a part of our narrative for our video. This featured our two main actors again. Here’s a few shots of us    choreographic-ing in Ross's house.

 

So overall filming went well... we weren’t very happy with the amount of shots we got, ut the quality was outstanding. We took full advantage of our equipment, most noticeably the redheads. The redheads offered natural looking light (surprisingly) which was awesome! It made the lighting in the home go from dull to dashing! In ross's room we manipulated the light to prevent shadows, since the bulb was so wide we didn’t have a dark black husk, we were left with a playful light grey shadow. In Melville’s Kitchen the room was big and wide which was perfect as the filming forum which, I went on a while back, stressed that the rooms have to be large as they will look small on film. We used one redhead in the kitchen corner and other in his living room, and the setting went from night to day instantly! We are really happy overall but it has got to that point where we might have to rush little to meet that deadline! but from what i have seen we are smooth sailing compared to some other groups at the moment!
