Black and white, piano, pan, half naked girl, pan, looking sad, swimming, pan, getting more naked, pan, lake shot, a window is in the way OH NO, more paning, kissing, tiny crane shot, pan, ok shes naked now, and emotional window scene and OMG they get married in the end.
One word. BORING!
This video is a mix of cliches and cringy scenes that focus mainly on a piano or the actress's chest. Unoriginal, boring does not fit the song. I was looking forward to this video before watching it I could see lots of opportunities in the song to develop a rich narrative. The song portrays meaning full lyrics based of the fact that imperfections are perfect and they ruin that by having a 12A rated sex filled video that mimics the song horrendously.
If I were to re-write this I would go along the same route as Beyonce's video 'Pretty hurts'. all though this song is not my cuppa tea, the video is fantastic and I think you could just copy and paste 'All of me' over Beyonce's video and it would work more than this.
