Costumes

In terms of costumes, of the characters we are sticking to the indie look.

The main man in the story section will be dressed in a smart casual look, with exception to key plot points such as when he is'nt ready to go out. An example of smart casual would be a shirt, smart, with jeans, casual. We were thinking the following,

woolly hat (possibly)
Puffy maroon-ish coat (some scenes)
Shirt
Jeans
brown laced shoes.

this look is iconic for an early twenties male which we are representing, since we can't get an actor that age we have to improvise. Same goes for the lead girl. She'll wear the female equivalent.

long flowing hair
baggy shirt / jumper
black tights / skinny jeans
converse

We need to keep these characters realistic the setting is in modern time and were have moved away from the surreal side of music videos. Every thing is going to be regular.

The artist is going to be the same as the actor, but different. same sot of clothes but different, maybe a waist coat. \We are going to give him an acoustic guitar to because he has to play it.

TL;DR - Smart mature clothing for the actors who do not look early twenties but will have to act like it.
