The first Album cover I want to talk about is King Crimsons 21st Century Schizoid man in the top right. This single is fantastic, if you like music YouTube that song... Don't worry, I'll wait... Heard it yet? Good! The album is GORGEOUS! There is just something about that face that looks awesome. Yo can't really tell but it has a colour pencil looking coat and is drawn so well. This cover is just so striking. The main issue is replicating it since it is so complex a colourful.
The second album I want to mention is Django. Django unchained has FANTASTIC MUSIC. Holy hell its amazing. It is a blend of western and rap. The album is based off the poster. What it does do well is the use of colours. White (yellow-y), black and red. I wish to do the similar, keeping the colours around the 3-4 mark but with heavy influences on white and black.
Another album I want to mention is UFO (left middle) this album uses wire frame art which leaves hollow silhouette. I really like how this looks. The style is so delicate yet powerful. WE are definitely planning on doing a drawn design for our digi-pak and artwork so that's that.
The other deigns are just albums I like or that are relevant to our vision. We'll keep you posted.
